If a package is returned as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
All orders will be processed and shipped the next business day; otherwise. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Domestic orders are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days of order placement, depending on the options selected at checkout. All shipping time frames shown here (except express shipping) are estimates and are not guarantees of arrival dates. We make every effort to get customers their orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes shipping companies may be delayed due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We offer domestic shipping via USPS and UPS. However, our primary shipping provider is USPS.
Domestic Express: Express is provided by USPS. Guaranteed 2 business day delivery within the United States, express orders will be shipped the next business day. To make an Express Guarantee claim, the delivery tracking provided must show the item as "Delivered" after the guaranteed arrival date. Express shipping charges are non-refundable unless the package is not delivered within the 2 working day guaranteed time. The address UPS requires is not a PO Box, so if you order UPS, be sure not to ship to a PO Box. If you do this, we will change your shipping to USPS Express International, which may add a few days to your shipping time. Additionally, UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, so if your order ships via UPS Next Day on Friday, it will not be delivered on Saturday but will be delivered on the next business day on Monday .

Orders in which all bottles are unopened may be returned within thirty (30) days of shipment date for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges and any applicable fees ($8.30 for disposal/reprocessing fee) inventory fee per item). - Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card used to order the product. It usually takes approximately 7 to 14 business days to receive your refund. The refund amount is the cost of the product less shipping and handling fees and disposal/restocking fees (if applicable).
- To ensure your refund is processed correctly, please send your return to the address provided and include the RMA number clearly stated on your return package. Your return will not be processed without a valid RMA number from our customer service department.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. To ensure that we receive your return package, we recommend that you use a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning any product.
To receive a refund, we must receive the returned product within ten (10) days of receiving your request.

Orders that are undeliverable, marked for return to sender, or not delivered due to carrier error must be reprocessed for delivery and received as the original order.
