Refunds

Orders in which all bottles are unopened may be returned within thirty (30) days of shipment date for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges and any applicable fees ($8.30 for disposal/reprocessing fee) inventory fee per item). For opened orders, please see the requirements of our 30-day money back guarantee. All requirements must be met to receive a refund. For all orders returning unopened bottles, please follow this process:

  • Please contact our Customer Service Center at (307) 224-6846 to request a refund and obtain an RMA number. If an RMA number is not provided to you by phone, we will email you an RMA number within 2 business days.
  • Send your return package to:

  • We are unable to process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender".
  • Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card used to order the product. It usually takes approximately 7 to 14 business days to receive your refund. The refund amount is the cost of the product less shipping and handling fees and disposal/restocking fees (if applicable).
  • To ensure your refund is processed correctly, please send your return to the address provided and include the RMA number clearly stated on your return package. Your return will not be processed without a valid RMA number from our customer service department.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. To ensure that we receive your return package, we recommend that you use a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning any product.

To receive a refund, we must receive the product within ten (10) days of your request.

*Customer must accept delivery to apply for a refund. Shipping costs for any orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient address details or other customer error will be deducted from the final refund amount. Refusal of delivery resulting in a return to sender status cannot be processed and is not eligible for a refund.

***You must obtain a return tracking number***

This is for your protection. Even if we don't receive your return, without a tracking number there's no way to know where your package is or if it arrived at the correct location. With the tracking number, you will be able to verify where and when your package was delivered.

 

Instant refund/order cancellation

Once an order cancellation request is received and verified, refunds for canceled orders will be issued immediately to the original credit card. Order modification requests must be received by 5:00 p.m. (EST) on the business day where the order is placed. Order modification requests include canceling orders, changing shipping addresses, adding/removing products, upgrading/downgrading shipping methods. Due to fulfillment time constraints, order modifications and cancellations cannot be processed after 5:00 PM ET. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET cannot be canceled or modified until shipped.

Once the return is received and processed, the refund will be issued immediately to the same credit card. Once we receive your returned package, it may take up to 14 working days to receive your refund. The refund amount will be the amount of the product ordered. Express shipping charges are non-refundable.
